[BUG] Honour bar wont increase or decrease no matter what I do? Help?

Hi All, I'm on chapter 3 of the story, and I have noticed my honour Bar hasn't moved at all. Now before everyone says that's it's capped at chapters I want to mention that it doesn't decrease or increase no matter what. if I kill a town, its stuck at neutral, if I let a bunch of fish go or greet tons of towns people, it's stuck. I have read almost every article and no one has a solution. I am on PC and on steam. I have verified local game files and even cleared download cache on steam. My only solution now seems to be to reinstall or start over but that seems so extreme. Anyone know what I should Do? I know honour isn't worth worrying about till much later but still, this is such an annoying glitch.

Bring 3 whole animals , anycondition,to,pearson. Fish work too. A lot. Do camp chores. A lot.
Honor is hard work, until chapter 6 when theybasically give it,to you.

Some outfits are honor locked (the dewberry creek). Work for it.

Hi, thanks for the response. I just donated 20 bucks 12 times to camp, and greeted around 25 people in Rhodes, and not a single level or anything went up. Even did a situation on the way and gained rep and it didn't go up. It shows the gaining rep symbol but when I hit alt to see the rep bar it stays exactly in the same place?

u need at least like a lets say 5 rep symbol to gain 1 lvl up reputation (sry for eng)

Honour is incremental.

That is to say you only ever see your honour level increase or decrease when you hit a particular benchmark related to level or chapter.

If you reach almost maximum honour in Chapter 2 I can guarantee it will be no higher in chapter 4 regardless what you do or who you meet.

Maximum honour is chapter related.

Thank you, I found this out a little time before you commented, I just hit a benchmark, Didn't realise it only showed progress through benchmarks. I looked all over and no one seemed to mention it. Thank you :)
