Catalogue - clothes - shirts - french dress shirt.
Females characters dont get that shirt i think.

Some clothing items are limited to just male/female characters. That may be why you can’t find it.

Or perhaps this black french dress shirt was a time exclusive item? I’m not familiar enough with it to know for sure.
