please fully read the desctiption for the details
you need to download a script hook before adding the mod , you should check "Requirements" to download that
in the download page the second file under the "optional files" just adds more icons for the user interface and it's not necessary , but it's nice and you should copy it after you have added the main file if you want

For the single-player "Story Mode" - there is only one "difficulty level" with no adjustments - it's not an RPG, there is no real selective "character development", and there is no difficulty scaling of enemies.
With that said, the main character does develop on three simple axes - Health, Stamina, and Dead-Eye - and as these improve, the main character becomes Harder to Kill, can physically exert for longer, and has more special targeting skill, respectively.
Playing the game initially can be a wake-up call for some, since it's easy to die at first, but once you know what you are doing, the main character becomes a tanky bullet-sponge killing machine.
