items behind bar in Raleur Theater in St. Denis locked?

there is a pack of Premium cigarettes and a bottle of Kentucky bourbon behind the bar in the Theater, and it flashes like something you can pick up and take, but no prompt for it is given! if you watch enough shows you can grab a cigarette card backstage after the show (#6 of Stars of Stage) but I can't get the items behind the bar! anyone know a way to access these items?

Ok, for anyone who had the same question I had, here's the answer! on that last show, (when you can go back stage and grab that cigarette card) DO NOT BUY your ticket yet! instead just go around to the bar and at this time you CAN pick up those two items! I don't know if this would have worked before, but you have to pick them up before you buy your ticket! So, it is possible to obtain TWO cigarette cards from the Raleur Theatre! (one on the bar in the premium pack, and the other backstage at this time)

I also don't know if those items will respawn on another day after grabbing them, if anyone knows, please respond to this thread!
