Offline Mode: Could not establish connection

Guys pls help this is happen in both my epic games and steam. So first time i play was in Epic games and it run well until yesterday when i attempt to launch the game it said in Rockstar Gmae Launcher that "Offline mode: Could not establish connection" error code #3000.108

I was so frustrated that i uninstall the RGL and reinstall it but now i cant even sign in. Then out of hatred i buy the Steam version hoping that it would be fixed but unfortunately the same error happen in RGL

It's said that "Online sign in failed. We attempted to fallback to offline sign in but that also failed. The username or password may be wrong or the account may not exist on this machine. Offline play is only avaliable for accounts that have previously signed in on this machine (with "Remember me" ticked) while connected to the internet and while social club services are available.

Next there is a blue box and a box below it where you can type your email but i when i clicked sign in it always ended up in the same error. What should i do? i can play the game before yesterday what's the problem?!

I got a similar error, as well, and was able to correct it, just yesterday. What seemed to work for me (using Win10), was to go into my firewall settings via Windows Security; clicked on "Allow an app through firewall), and allowed every applicable EXE files related to RDR2, Rockstar Games and it's launcher, that I could find. I also set all of those files to "open as administrator," by right-clicking on each file, click properties, then click the "compatibility" tab.

Another thing I did was to log into the Rockstar launcher, and set it to "remember me" or auto-login, I think. Also, whenever I start the game, I first open the Rockstar launcher, make sure I'm signed in, and then I hit "play" on Steam.

I also did the things the Rockstar support page tells you to do, like the DNSflush and all of that. I also ran CCleaner and fixed all the registry errors. I don't if that really did anything, but it felt good.

do that, if it fails:
1. do clean uninstall social club & R* launcher
2. turn off your router for like 15 mins, an hour or a day (to get new IP)
3. turn it on, then reinstall social club & R* launcher

unfortunately guys nothing solve my problem, last thing i did was make a new microsoft account, sign in from there and reinstall r* games launcher and RDR2 to no avail

Try reset Rockstar Account Password,I do this yesterday and it worked for me.
Check Remember me and Auto login before Sign in,and don't auto start Rockstar launcher at windows startup.After sign in just quit Rockstar Launcher(not Minimized).
Launch RDR2 from steam.Only launch from steam.
the important part is reset Rockstar account password though,i use the same password again also worked.

Alright so unfortunately this isn't working at all. I'm done man, i feel betrayed, i dont know what to do anymore, this is frustrating i can play it at one day and the next day this happen

If you're working on it - stop working on it.

I have good news and bad news:

The good news is everyone with RDO has your exact problem today - Rockstar Servers are down/overwhelmed/not working.

The bad news is everyone else will eventually get back up and running - but you won't.

Anyway - if you decide to try again - I'd wait until the threads about Servers being offline quiet down a bit - like a day or two. In that time your problem might heal itself. You never know.
