Not likely, your specs are well below average in nearly every way. The game sadly isn't optimised the best even for a half decent computer. Certain towns still get choppy.

I doubt it. I have an i7 Core, 48 GB Ram, NVIDIA Geforce 940MX, Windows 10. Mine runs it ok with low graphics settings.
