I don't enjoy being abused by Controller Aimbots so no - I don't join R*'s Autopilot Free-For-All for Controller Aimbots Events. There are other much more enjoyable things to do.
Today it's FFFFFFFF every 5 minutes - so the likelihood matchmaking will actually match with everyone crashing to desktop is pretty slim.
Give it a few days - that's a guess.
Nobody knows what's 'causing FFFFFFFF - not even R* apparently.
Yea - the 'Fun' part of pressing a button, locking on to someone and shooting them dead wears out after a while. Maybe if more people weren't crashing to desktop every 2 minutes you might find somebody left to play it.
And plenty people are able to play right now. The FFFFF crash isn't every 2 minutes thats way over dramatic. If thats why you are being a downer fair play, I've luckily not had crashes that often but if you are being a downer just for the sake of it then take some time to relax.
More and more people have migrated over to unofficial private lobbies which also works with these gamemodes such as Call to Arms, especially due to the error code FFFFFF issue the game now has, which private sessions seem to alleviate from.
So it's most likely people who may be playing Call to Arms, are playing alone or with their friends in private sessions.
The unofficial private sessions can be found in Wulf's post:
would be much more fun defending with three or four players
sounds kind of chill for xp/loot farm if it has that.
Plus you get a voucher for half off select shotguns.
It can get pretty rough later on but yeah it's a pve wave survival mode through and through

That thread is 3 years old.
R* is putting everyone together in events - no matter what setting you choose.
One, big happy family, eh?
Regardless modes in general could be a lot better but its still decent. I don't care as much about the payout as I do just experiencing the content.
