I rode it into Saint Denis and drew a few horrified comments from the locals lol...I also instantly became 'wanted' by the law, however that wore off and after camping overnight tried unsuccessfully to sell it to the trapper the next day.

If anyone knows what you're supposed to do with this thing then please let me know, otherwise I'll probably just throw it off a bridge, still to see what Dutch and the gang make of it though.

The blueprints for it are in a house near Van Horn.

Not everything has a use. My guess is you got what was intended.

It's related to a mod, but iirc the mod it's embedded in doesn't explicitly state this will happen.

I was wondering why in 2000 hours I had never met ManBearPig apart from his preserved Avatar in the Van Horn Horror Show House.

I also have only seen the Swamp Panther once - so anything is possible, I thought, but nooo.... turns out to be an Easter Egg of sorts in a mod I will never use.
