Strange bloom around the edges of screen

Game is beautiful, i am currently using high light quality and most of the light related settings on high-ultra.

The sunlight is reflected on the edge of the screen and it's pretty bright and distracting.

If i look up the bloom is on the bottom, if i look down on top, and the same if i look right or left i's always opposite of the sun.

Other than that i have no other issues and the game looks great.

Anyone having the same problem? I already googled for this but found nothing.

It's eye adaptation to fake the effect we see in real lif when you come from a dark area into a bright area and vice versa. I actually dont know if you can disable it. Maybe through the config file ?

Just started the game again, and it's gone, it was some sort of bug with the light, the lighting effect you talk is nice but this was different, unfortunately i couldn't take a screenshot of it and now i am pretty sure it was a bug or a glitch because i can't see it anymore.
