say your prayers, make your peace, your end is near
Skunks are really everywhere. They come out at night and they travel in pairs, like Opossums and Racoons. If 1 isn't 3* check the other one. Ringneck Creek is a good place to check out after dark and if you drop a couple of those pigs - they love 'em some pigmeat.
If you see a pair that isn't very good, leave the area - a few hundred yards and come right back. Or just look in the opposite direction as you walk away, then look back. It doesn't take much to get another pair to spawn in if you're on foot in the trees there on either side of the creek. Keep crossing the creek quietly and Eagle Eye everything.
You can probably load the wagons with critters of all types there. Bring some small game arrows 'cause there's a Nifty Squirrel cap I adore - you'll need at least 6. You'll soon find out there are two ends to a Squirrel - the head and the tail and you'd be surprised how much they look exactly alike, but only one rings the bell..lol
And since they are crepuscular (or perhaps even nocturnal) - they are best sought at dusk.
