The fence at Emerald Ranch just was not responding.

I went to Sheamus the fence at Emerald Ranch to sell some items and he just stood there smoking a cigarette and ignoring me. So I walked around and stood in front of him but he started yelling for me to get out of his face. I guess I didn't act fast enough because he started swinging at me. I got a couple of good licks in and he fell and didn't get up. Don't know if I killed him or just knocked him out but I left and continued with the game. Don't know why he acted that way I've gone to him many times to sell stuff.

I guess he also has opening hours. If he stands there and You can´t interact with him - it probably means that his "shop" is closed. Anyway - i saw a video that shopkeepers show up with a bandage around their heads after a couple of days if You shot them in the head. So i guess they can´t really die.

he has opening hours & you may not be a hunted criminal or masked when interacting with him .. and you need to come with a wagon to open the gate and only if the wheel is White that he is open for one !

No but they sure hate you for it and the speciel sale items the npc could have put on discount wont be discount anymore and or sell it to you if you hurt them !

A good Democrazy is build on Marxism simple terms both political, economic and society, so that the class struggle is gone, no matter if you are rich or poor you are equal !
A good Democrazy is neither 100% Nationalist, Socialist, Conservatism, Communist or Capitalist and others .. its a mix of all where the goverment pick out the best from each ..

If i was a state leader then that is what i would do with my country even put in a bit of anarchy to it in some areas, to make people happy !

:o) It was meant as a reference how the free decisions work in free democracies. Usually You have the option to either pay, or pay more, or end up in jail - but there are usually no equal decisions, You have the choice for the least consequences of which one is clearly better than all others. Perhaps in Switzerland they have a good system, in which the political parties have to work together and there´s much more direct democracy. It´s still the people who vote, but e.g. here You don´t know what You vote, because after those votes the parties will meet and found some coalition, which has other terms than the parties had, when You voted - and no one knows which parties will agree on something. I don´t know why people still vote - i guess it´s just because they think the right wing would take over if they wouldn´t. And if anything fails the judges tell which laws are ok and which not. And those judges aren´t voted either. A bit of anarchy can´t harm at all, but some people confuse no rules with no leader. I for myself don´t know how the countries want to reach equality, which they always talk about - if anything is based upon hierarchies and knowing the right people - and being born into the right (wealthy, or preferable rich) family.

If you're actively Wanted and the cops are searching for you - as is often the case when you steal the Stagecoach from the Train Station (for the 3rd time that night) - the fence is closed until the cops go home.

but some dumb political party´s is destroying it now and it only goes 1 way from there atm and that is down into Chaos and crime .. the Northen people are crazy and dangerous if you make them poor, the blood of a pirate/viking runs in their veins !

And the dumb lean judges is just people from a higher society class judging other low class people and alot of them conviicted is not even gulity in the crimes they are charged for ... it is crazy what is going on atm in our country´s !

Wanted to mention Scandinavia, too - but thought the post would be too long. I like the Norwegian idea about that oil - and some question like "Why shouldn´t all the people benefit from these resources?" which made them the biggest state fund in the world. Next is China. Then a big gap to the next one. Here - something like that would be impossible. Sharing? Yes - we share empty words. :o) Something like Christiania? Impossible. You need money. It´s basically illegal to have none.

The problem with the judges is that they say "That´s the law - we just judge depending on it." while the government says: "The judge said the law is ok, so it stays this way." So it´s very difficult as a citizen to change a law. It takes at least 10 years if You want to do that via the court, while a judges could also decide against it, and petitions usually don´t have much success if the government don´t want to change it - no matter if they have no arguments, but You can calculate with numbers to say that the law is wrong, or could never work as intended. I tried that a couple of times and the answers i got are ridiculous.

That´s not what i meant - but if You´re born into a rich family You don´t need to work in Your life at all. And on top You´re seen as successful, not as anti-social as the other unemployed people. You can pay people to earn You the money with Your money. And the politics here support the rich. They usually have to pay few taxes (because they have a couple of options to save taxes), there´s an upper cap to the amount You pay for the social insurances - which You don´t even need to pay if You´re self-employed (except for health care), they can afford full time lawyers to make life easier, because everything is about finding the fine line between legal and illegal according to vaguely phrased laws, while the workers pay for the state. As an investor You earn more money with just giving Your money, than the workers with giving their time, health and sanity. And since the great idea with the sanctions against Russia and the "gas crisis" - the energy companies have doubled or quadrupled their profits compared to last year. But yes - Putin makes it expensive...
