As long as you are on 1080p this should be doable
His guides are really helpful determining what affect the most/least the FPS and what settings do quality wise:

You got me smoked like a Ham on both counts - I can't even see your dust you're so far out ahead of me:

I'm running about 80-85% of maximum settings. If you can't do at least that - disable your onboard graphics (by any means necessary) so the 'pute can use that great video card.
Then move the graphic slider up to about 90% (or so) then tweek (slightly) things that affect performance more and quality less (one at a time) - like Tree Tessellation/Shadows/etc. Your eyeballs will let you know what you can do without - and what you can't.
Yea, it's gonna take a while. Every CPU/GPU/Eyeballs are different. You can't magically use someone else's settings on your gear. That's like trying to wear someone
else's glasses. <---ain't gonna work.
everything else should be good to go..
Haven't really checked into the 1600 series before, so just did some quick research.
What I'm seeing is the 1660 super has better performance than a 1060,
And a tad bit slower than a 1070, 1070ti and 1080 leaves it in the dust.
Not even in competition with a 1080ti
Sorry about this, as it's sorta like salt in an open wound time... Isn't really intended..
This game pushes a pair of 1080ti's nearing 100% at 1920x1080 with ultra settings at 60fps
I run a pair of 1080ti's, so I see it firsthand, though I may get a few more FPS if I disabled vsync, it wouldn't be much higher than with it on, smooth as butter 60fps though...
Not saying to buy 1080ti's because they are still going for a higher price used (and abused) Then when they were brand new! And needless to say, I wouldn't mind upgrading my own pair of 1080ti's at this point... GPU's are just far to expensive right now though..
So I'd say (for now atleast) make best use of what you have already..
It's your money though, "use it when you need it"
