Face Rock in RDR2 is it Old Stone Face?

Something I've been curious about for awhile now,
is Face Rock in RDR2 the developers recreation of the very real, Old Stone Face?

Old Stone face is close to where my mother grew up near Pennington Gap Virginia..
Sorry would post a photo of the real place,
but any photo's I actually made of it were from many years ago when you needed to drop off film and return a couple weeks later to pick up your pictures, so won't post a digital copy of it here due to steams rules about being the original creator of the photo (google it)
As I don't have a actual digital copy myself.

Face rock definitely looks much (but not exact) like it...
Much much smaller also, Old stone face is quite a large formation..

May be many that look like faces,
But only one where you'd find "Florida" panthers a few states away.
