Rockstar launcher, sign in button is infinitely loading

recently bought RDR2 and I tried to log in and play but then the sign in button is alrdy loading and even though I tried to go "create acc" and then switchback to "sign in" it still infinitely loads. I already reinstalled the launcher, deleted rockstar files, flush DNS, Admin open and still isnt working.

1) you need a Rockstar Social Club Account
2) you need to link Steam to your Rockstar Social Club Account:
(profile/settings/linked accounts):

^^if that isn't your account - you have a problem.

the image you linked - you should not see at all.
When your R* Account is linked with Steam - fire up the game from Steam and the launcher is installed automatically, Steam logs you in at R* and starts the game.

When everything is right - it couldn't be easier.
It's fully automatic.

I do have a R* acc n which i got wen GTAV was free on epic, so idk if that might have anything to do with it but I did try to Link my R* with steam on the website but I can't seem to find steam within the options to link with besides PSN, Xbox, and the other social media stuff.
I also tried to just log onto the launcher itself so I can log in but I still get the sign-in button loading still.

Huh... imagine that.

Well, if I were You: I'd find out why your stuff can't communicate with R*.
If you can't communicate with R* - you can't play this game.
