Do all stores have the same clothes?
I just started chapter 3 and all clothes in stores are the same till now.

Every Store sells some unique outfits - but you can get them all (32) from here:

No Waiting - and Arthur won't get his head blown off in 2 seconds trying to shop in Armadillo (for example).

You spend the money your Toon has and anything purchased arrives instantly in your Wardrobe, Weapon Locker, on The Horse or on your person.

In online yes. In story mode you can find fancier outfits at stores i.e. like in saint denis.
