How well will this game run on my old PC?
It has a GT 1030 GDDR5 low profile, Ryzen 5 1600 and 16gb ram, i tried the evil within with it and it ran like ♥♥♥♥ for some reason, is this more optimized for low pcs than that game?

Wait, does the game runs at 47 fps? My friend doesn't mind playing on 720p minimum

FSR 2.0 might help a little bit with FPS

GT 1030 is a potato GPU; not going to run most games well, especially this one. Your CPU and RAM are fine however. Prices have come down quite a bit on GPUs, it's time you purchase one. Like at least an RTX 2060 or better.

GTX 970 even runs the game perfectly fine on High w/ Ultra textures @ 1080p
GT 1030 you'd be lucky to be able to run low/medium @ 720p

FSR won't help anything on an NVIDIA GPU.
DLSS also won't help since non RTX GPUs do not support it.

This is not for me, it would be for my friend who bought my old pc, he won't be able to buy a new gpu since he hasn't even paid me yet, so the only way he would be able to play would be with this.

This is the GDDR5 version though, this is almost a GTX 750 TI, so i thought it may run at least decent at minimum 720p

This one has overclock, my old one is low profile, so it should be inferior to this, i just don't know by how much

Well even a gtx 1050 of any kind wouldn't be good enough; FYI
