What should I spend my gold on first? Online

Im only level 14, looking for a good gold and xp farm or some fun content, Should I buy the prestigous bounty hunting license, become a collector, or what is the best decision?

Collector probably is the best role for beginners as long as you don't mind how tedious it is. Just make sure not to buy those useless Nazar maps and use something like this https://jeanropke.github.io/RDR2CollectorsMap/

Bounty hunter used to be good too, but you can earn more gold from call to arms survival mode. +With collector you level up really fast and get treasure maps each 5th level.

For free 10 gold bars enable 2fa on social club. If it doesn't arrive withing 2 hours, contact r* support and they'll add it manually.

Use it first to unlock all roles - begin with collector for extra $ and XP, you won't regret it. After that, use it as you want - obtain cosmetic stuff, for example.

It's best to go for collections. But lets say if you collect higher amount of some collectables, then sell them anyway, cause you can hold only 10 max of each individual item.
Focus just on a few sets and those that are not random. Aka cards, bottles, heirlooms (cards probably the best to start with for new players since you don't need extra tools for them). Eggs can be buggy and flowers are kinda cheap. The rest is random, but if you have time, then collect whatever.
