Is there a money mod that increases the amount you have without having to earn it, via missions?

Looks like it can only be done with Cheat Engine but you probably don't want to do all that.

So you are basically saying you want a lot of cash in the game but don't really want to play the game..

I personally wouldn't exactly consider treasure maps leading to gold bars as well as the bars without a map needed, missions, these really require no more than riding a horse around and walking a bit or solving a puzzle etc... first couple game days, you can very easily get 7 or 8 bars $3500 or $4000 (thinking its 8 btw) trip to the fence in van horn and ya have the cash, open from day 1, no unlock needed, rhodes also...

i get it - i just happened to have cheat engine open earlier for a different game, so that's what came to mind. i was only speaking cautiously to not assume anything.

As a Quick-Fix solution (without Cheat Engine):
The Base Camp in Chapter 2 (Horseshoe Overlook) is near a burned out town down by the river called "Limpany" - in the Limpany Sheriff's Office (next to the Jail) is a Loot Box with a Gold Bar - grab the Gold Bar and Follow the Coast Line / Train Tracks South-East to Rhodes - there is a Fence there (shop behind the church) that will give you $500 for the Gold Bar and Cash for any other valuables you may have found.

Gathering other gold bars, using Treasure Maps or otherwise, takes a bit more time.

There are many videos online for RDR2 Gold Bar Locations - there are more than 15 in game.

Any trainer will let you add $$$.

Rampage Trainer has 87 Bugs. <---and those are just the 'known' bugs. It also breaks the game in at least a half dozen places - and when coupled with anything 'Lenny' is responsible for about a thousand people unable to start the game. Sound familiar? (just read the front page of this forum - it'll come to you)
