Anyone out there using this to compare notes?

I've been using this mod and it's f'ing amazing. The game should have been released with this type of AI behaviour. It's so immersive. But I think there might be an error in this mod. So far I haven't found any witnesses. Have you guys noticed anything?

There aren't any in 'The Wilderness' and only ONE near or in towns.

The mod is also buggy.

I just came here to delete this post, but you've answered it already. I just got a few witnesses. It does work, but only for major crimes like robbing a store or a coach, and the witness must be really close and watching it.

I don't know if shooting someone makes a witness actually trigger. I've noticed that if someone points a gun at you and you shot them dead, you're justified in self-defense and even a cop staring in your face will not persue you. But if you shoot and murder an inocent in front of a cop, he will persue you.
