(Single Player) Modders (like me) will need to get that update above - when it happens.
In the meantime i guess single player is with no mods
The game won't fire up if Scripthook is incompatible - and after an update it's usually incompatible.
A day or two... usually.

I wouldn't touch the Rampage Trainer with a 10 foot gator castration device.
The Native Trainer Reskinned is easier to uninstall - apparently.
Some mods alter game files - you need a clean install.
No mods requiring Scripthook will work until Scripthook updates:
