Herbalist 9 is Stupid

At the very least it should automatically give credit for all Herbs in my Possession. As I have already picked them clearly.

Not even an Itemized list in the details..

Yes, i agree - it is stupid.

But it gets worse, because some of the items are hard to find - like the various Orchids.

I had to use a list from online, as well as a guid to find the real hard ones.

As a note (and Tip), you should first gather all the ones you "know" - that way, the missing ones will show up as blanks in your Compendium - which is in alphabetical order and will help you determine which ones you are missing.

No matter what I do - I ALWAYS end up missing a few and the problem is I don't know which ones.

So.... before I even begin - I get the old analog recording device (a pencil and paper) and start writing 'em down as I pick 'em. Ultimately saving a lot of time and unnecessary stress.

As for 'The PITA' factor - NOTHING surpasses Gambler 8. The developer of that nonsense should be the recipient of a good beating...lol

Lol - i've heard rumors about Gambler 8

I quit at Gambler 5 since that was bad enough (Dominoes)

Cleared all the others, but Gambler Challenges just plain suck.

I always do them all by chapter 3.

After Gambler 8 all the others are as easy as falling off my horse.

Of all the games - Dominoes is actually the only one I'll stop by the Ranch and play - for fun.

There's a MOD patch to fix Gambler 8, 9 and 10. Just found one that covers Herbalist 9.

The Gambling Challenges aren't Broken - it's just Gambling.
My attention span is long enough to endure most anything life dishes out.
I go in knowing it's gonna be a PITA - I come out having dealt with a PITA - just as I expected.

Not really. It modifies the challenges to not be a complete grind. There is still a Challenge to satisfy.
