How do I toggle the psycho mask on and off?

I bought the psycho mask from the Fence, but I can only equip it when I talk to the Fence. After I put on the bandanna, the psycho mask disappears and I can't get it to come back.

Is there a clothing menu I'm too dumb to find?

Try look on the options wheel while you on your horse.
If its not there then it should atleast be in your wardrobe in camp or in a clothing store wardrobe.

Masks are different from Bandanna.
Bandanna is always an option while on-foot.
Mask has to be equipped while on-horse.
