CD Key Find?
How do I find my CD Key for this game? Im having verification issues with an email I dont have and Rockstar wont fix it without a cd Key

No my son bought it off of steam and gifted it to me but when I get into it is linked to an email that doesnt exist (its one number different than my email). I cant play it since the verification is sent to this nonexistent email. The normal steam way of right clicking and seeing it there has no option to do so

So you messed up during your linking process or what? You cant link your steam account to non verified rockstar account which requires email access in the first place.

I think so. I think when I bought L.A. Noire I entered 289 instead of 389 like its supposed to be way back in the day. What should I do here, I want this game on steam rather than refund and go through the rockstar launcher I just cant find the CD Key purchased

Do you have your LA Noire key? If you can show them that you did have a key that was previously linked to the "wrong" account, maybe just maybe they will sort it out for you since you dont have access that account anymore.

But Games on steam dont have CD keys anymore? They just arent a thing. I cant even view the LA Noire one...

Right click> Manage> CD Keys
The option is still there for me but maybe LA Noire doesnt have it.

Can you ask the support to unlink your steam from that social club account?

They said not without proof of ownership. I dont think they think I own either account
