With timestamps for every arrowhead. First google hit.
I said I looked at maps online. They didn’t help for ♥♥♥♥ all.
This dumb bulldhit didn’t tell you you need the metal detector.
Worst game design ever. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
No it’s not fun. I looked everywhere. Spent an hour looking. Dead eye doesn’t show ♥♥♥♥. The game should tell you “you need a metal detector dumbass”
And how hard are you looking if you’re using the online cheater maps, hmmm?
Precisely. That's one thing I hated about exploring in Witcher 3, had nothing but question marks scattered all over the map you just made a beeline straight to em.
i never said give me the exact location? What the hell you talking about? I basically said these arrowheads, NOT the other collectables, are too difficult to find.
I'm fine looking around a bit, but i expect the game mechanics to work as they are supposed to. Dead eye gives you the location once you're close enough. I also expect the game to tell me if a metal detector is needed since it told me it's needed for other items.
Not giving the player some simple clue to help is just bad, and this is precisely why the cheater maps online were made: rockstar design in this area is so piss poor, people have to resort to cheating.
Online cheater maps just give you an approximate area to look and some collectibles are on a rotating spawn.
Did you least kill animals nearby for perfect pelts in your search? Am sure you snagged other random collectibles you weren't in the hunt for, no? Lol
wut, they give you the exact location, with tips, and some link to youtube videos showing the location. It's how I found the other one in the cave just north of the one i got stuck on.
I also can't find the f'ing one by annesberg either, i even used the map and still couldn't f'ing find it.
Cool story man. Is it not great when you focused on finding a bottle but also locate a card collectible nearby as well? Or when you decide to go hunting and come across a hut and instead of riding past you decide to go inside and snag another collectible?
WOW!!!! What a great game! Rewards you for exploring!!!
All rants aside, so you learned the hard way a metal detector is needed. Won't be making that same mistake again, huh???
The game does tell you, buy the maps from Madame Nazar and when you mouse over the map it tell you what you need.
And yes, for that arrowhead you need the metal detector.
it does for the other maps, but it doesn't say you need it for the arrowheads. Most can be found in a mound of dirt that are visible with dead eye.
