No. You get one large carcass or extra large pelt on the back of the horse, one medium sized carcass on each side of the horse, and who knows how many large pelts on the back of the horse. If you're playing online, the trader role does eventually make it possible to buy a wagon for holding more, but I don't think that there's anything in single player to increase your carcass capacity. The size of the horse is irrelevant.

Nope, the biggest horse I have seen is the Shire, which still only holds the same amount as any of the other horses. If you want to carry more at a time you will have to get the hunting wagon.

In RDO you can buy a cart for this needs. In single player you can use 2 horses at same time and lasso for dragging third carcass.

extra horses exist. Tame one or steal one.
