I would at least wait to pick it up until Rockstar adressed all those issues of people, that can't access the game anymore, like me. It's alottery, but I've played over 100 hours with issues here and there, but now I can't even start the game anymore for over 3 days.
And don't be fooled: Everything on my machine is up to date, I don't use mods, use Windows 10, have a 1080 and an I7-4790K. You sure you won't be affected? Wait with buying the game.

In fact this is $200 game. It worth every dollar. Rockstar never positioned this like RPG. But RDR 2 is more RPG than anything, than Skyrim or Witcher 3 for example. It just masterpiece. I love Rockstar. You are best guys.

Cant blame OP when there has been multiple early sale for triple A games like Shadow of Tomb Raider, Just Cause 4, etc at 50% off. The thing is those games didnt do well at launch because the game itself is not that great, in fact its the worst in the series.
What baffles me the most is OP's inability to think for 1 second if RDR2 did well in term of sale or not. That should have been a huge indicator whether there will be price drop or not. Hint: It sells well.

There was a price drop with the winter sale, and we had another price drop one week before that, maybe you can wait for the "lunar year sale" it's said it will start on january 23rd.

Yep true. JC4 had a ton of trouble on release and still struggles with sales. But its not like RDR2 wasnt on sale before 20% for standard and 25% for ultimate i believe and thats already pretty good but asking for a permanent price drop from a game like RDR2 in barely a year is honestly abit ridiculous. Like i said ubisoft and EA´s games also dont permanent drop price even after 2years. Its just how tripple a games works.

AAA game, do you think this game costed 10 dollars to make? if you expected this game to drop its price by $15-$20 dollars after only a year, then you are just being stupid.
Just look at GTA V it has been out for 7 years and is still $30

Also if you can afford the PC required to play this game, you shouldn't be whining about the price.
