Purchasing Gold

I have tried to purchase gold from the online store in the in-game menu but the store page seems to be blank after I click on that option; it just directs me to the Social Club but without any further selections available; am I missing something here?

Its not that hard to get Gold in this game, it just takes time.

Well I would say that right now without any Events Pass (the passes that cost 25 gold, then you get it back once you complete it) are not around this time of year, making the point of buying gold rather pointless. Once you reach level 20-30 which really does not take that long to do and you start doing well with Trader, Collector, Naturalist, Moonshiner, Bounty Hunter, along with doing good with the daily task challenges and multi-day streaks... you will obtain gold without paying anymore real money anyways. Don't worry about clothing and weapons looks that costs gold. These will be available to you later on as gold becomes easier to obtain from just doing in-game tasks and such.
