Report a translation problem
I've heard if the game is stored on an SSD, that can happen. Not sure how.
You may have a corrupted save file and it can not over wite it. You can try cutting the saves from the folder and trying to save.

Also, maybe the cloud save file is corrupted - verify files might help in that case, or you can just delete it to be recreated at some point if you want to enable it.
Verifying the local game files is never a bad idea - although quite time consuming it can do no harm.
