Check bounty?

How do you actually check what your bounty is on the PC version? Every guide I can find online just says 'press down on the d pad' which isn't helpful for those of us using a keyboard.

tap Left Alt and it should show you in the top middle (if you have default controls)
and
map will show a red border around states where you're wanted and a tooltip like "Bounty $90" will appear when the cursor is in that area.

for online you can see it at your camp lockbox, post office and also by pressing the Alt button etc.

As shown here the amount of bounty is in the map that has a red circle. Bounty differs from wanted explained here.

Go to your map and move around with the directional keys, make sure the marker is over the state you want to check, it should show up there, if your bounty in a state is 0 then it won't show anything.

A Bounty will eventually - evaporate.

Maybe you were healed.

The State the Bounty is in will have a red border.
You won't see how much it is until you cross State Lines - then tap Alt. <---or go to any Post Office and look. You can pay any bounty at any post office.

If no State has a red border - you were healed.

I went there to check it and I had a bounty, I knew I did but I didnt wanna go all the way there just to check the bounty but did so in the end

Press left ALT and it will show you where you are, the time, the temperature, your bounty, etc, etc.

"Tap" Alt.

"Pressing" Alt reveals some HUD Options.
