I can only assume it won't affect RDR2 - but I don't know... I don't play online.
I won't - apart from not running it.
However, a mod creator suggests un-installing for online - that's fairly solid advice I think:

The fact is the game is so well optimized the general idea is reshade isn't needed, in fact probably hurts the game more than helps it. GTA5 was the same way. I ran Reshade in Mafia 3 and that made a new game of it. FPS increased and the visuals were improved greatly. Not the same for GTA5 and very likely RDR2.
I simply wouldn't use Reshade at all. The game is beautiful enough as is.
