Is there a mod that allows us to keep hats we pick up ?

I found that some NPC hats just look nice with some outfit combinations I have and I was wondering if there was a mod that would allow us to keep those NPC hats on ? I know that we lose the hats sometimes after missions, dying or loading up the game so that's a shame.

I think that's 'The Liberty Hat'.

^^don't read that if concerned about spoilers, but you'll need to know a few things if you want a Gold Medal - and that hat.

Note: Micah can't hit the broad side of a barn with a thermonuclear device, but he will shoot off that hat almost immediately. You'll need to identify it - wipe out the stage drivers first to stop them, so you can retrieve the hat (and likely fail the gold medal in the process).

Anywho - hats that flash (like a collectable item) are the hats we can collect and keep. Once you pick them up they go in your Clothing Locker. ALL hats will flash when in Eagle Eye - but only the ones that flash not in Eagle Eye are collectable.

I don't know of a hat mod, but I haven't looked very hard either.

A Lemoyne Raider hat off one of the many Raiders I abuse during the course of the game is very nice, not dirty and shot full of holes, light in color with a fancy feather is NOT a collectable hat for some reason. It makes me sad, but I guess it looks too much like the Special Hat you get from Algernon Wasp for completing his giant and quite painful list. <---not the first hat Algernon makes for you (that ones' a failure on his part and he admits it)... the second one is kinda nice (maybe a little too fancy for Arthur... maybe).

^man, there's a guide for everything...lol - careful of spoilers - I'm sure there are plenty. Turns out The Liberty Hat shows up in another mission as well. Not sure what condition it's in considering who's wearing it.
