Legendary Pronghorn does not show up on the map!
The Legendary Animal Map lists Pronghorn as #2 but no legendary pronghorn location is shown and the animal can not there fore be hunted. How do you find it? Is this a bug they are going to fix?

The legendary pronghorn is in New Austin, the part of your map to the south-west that is grayed out until you reach the epilogue . . . unfortunately you can't hunt it until after chapter 6. . .

Well, you CAN hunt the legendary Pronghorn as Arthur,
IF you mod the game.

But in the Vanilla version you'll be dead long before that Pronghorn if you try.

What good is it to hunt the Legendary Pronghorn after the end of the game?

Because the game doesn't end. You reach the epilogue, where you can continue free roaming, and to give the player something to do, you can explore the new region. There are some side activities and legendary animals that require you to head into this area as well.

That's what I asked - right before I installed mods enough for Arthur to hunt it.

John Doesn't need the Pronghorn Trinket - Arthur does.

The Game ended in Chapter 6.
It feels like the game is over in the Epilogue, because it is.

Yes, R* thought everyone would be happy grinding through all the stuff Arthur couldn't do - driving John around after the game ends - but most folks KNOW the game ended and want to take care of as much of the game as possible with THE HERO - not with his stand in.

When I get to the Epilogue - John has to tie up a few loose ends - but it only takes a few rides and it's all done. I'm free to start over with THE HERO.

I'm the same way, but OP asked what the point was, and I gave them the answer. The devs wanted you to have stuff to do in the epilogue. Didn't say I agree with it or not, but that's just the way the game is.
