If you don't meet Charlotte at least twice as Arthur - she dead.
If you do enough of Charlotte with Arthur to teach her to hunt - you can complete with John. Black and White isn't like Charlotte in that regard.
This mission killed my immersion for this exact reason, why would it be replayable with the same scenario 2 years later? Wouldn't it be better if it disappeared all together? It would be way more sensible and realistic to me.
It never appeared for John.
