So its my first time playing (I know) and Im pretty sure I've done everything I can except Javiers first mission in West Elizabeth. Ive got that bounty from freeing Micah, am I supposed to pay that before doing the mission? Thats a lot of money -_- Everytime I cross over though I get swarmed :(

Yea, you should take care of that.

Typically, you'd let Micah rot for as long as possible 'cause:
1, he's an ahole and
2, you'll need some funds to pay that bounty...lol

Im seeing people say they put all their money into the camp stash then walk over and surrender for a night in jail? Is that something I can do to bypass it? Id rather put some money into upgrades than a sheriffs new hat because Micah was a stupid ass.

Make a save before you try that - then try it.

If you had a save right before you sprung Micah - he'd still be in Jail and you'd have that Javier Money.

On the other hand - you could go see Maximo, pick up some Gold in Treasure, or I can think of 3 Bars just laying around, not in treasure that would probably come in handy right now.

Google gold bars in Red Dead 2 map and you will discover there is about $3,000 in gold you can get, that is just laying around the map. Also you should have lots of stuff to sell to the fence.
