How to fix blurriness without using TAA. (Nvidia)
If you disable antialiasing in game and add RDR2 to the Nvidia control panel, then use NVCP's antialiasing, it seems to have much better performance. For Antialiasing - Setting, select whatever you want, I use 2x because otherwise it might cost FPS but if you have multiple GPUs or something better than a 3060 Ti then go ahead and try.
For antialiasing - mode, select "enhance application settings. Use FXAA in-game and see if you like it. Make sure TAA is off. It seems to resolve the blurriness without sacrificing the performance like the built in MSAA. Also setting power management mode to 'prefer maximum performance' might help boost FPS.

You can also use MFAA instead of antialiasing in NVCP which I am trying rn and it looks fine as well and I think it actually is even more performance friendly.
