Possible bug in Rhodes?

Like the "Freezing Bug" - which wasn't game breaking but immersive breaking, I started to notice that with my new playthrough people in Rhodes give me the "You caused enough trouble around here!" treatment. I wasn't anywhere near Rhodes since I started from the beginning. Can anybody confirm that or is it just a unfortunate circumstance?

I could not confirm or deny your sequential bug too whom anyone could get within the unfortunate circumstances, you or others had by an error or file corruption in single player mode or multiplayer mode. There's ways to reduce such things from occurring, limit background windows applications, limit unnecessary start-up applications, limit network traffic by turning off Microsoft's/Windows spyware settings, also known as every application setting that is using your internet on windows, manage your page-file and set it to performance, just so your computer runs faster for gaming applications and to prevent unnecessary processing bug error's on data processing. The choice is yours to solve your issue and to prevent future damage to your data and system hardware. There's a problem sometimes, if you play online in multiplayer with cloud file corruption. I don't want to go into the fix, because the topic is not based on it.

sounds like you were close enough to Rhodes at some point and the data didnt sync till later to me but i am no expert

Is it possible that people respond to me when I have a bounty in the area, even though I've never been to the city itself? Meanwhile, the bounty is paid and no one seems to care about my reputation anymore.

That part is scripted into the game i think if you ever cause trouble some people will never forget they will always say that but its just part of the game

I don't think it matters what area you are in. In the same way that everyone likes you because of your honor no matter if you've been there before or not. Your reputation travels with you. You can be a 'trouble maker' even if all you did was beat up gang members in town (even if they hit you first).
