Arthur suddenly got a black stripe around his eyes and I have no idea how to get rid of it

I just came back to the game after a few months and suddenly out of nowhere , Arthur got black stripes around his eyes when I first start up the game . He looks like some kind of cave man and I have no idea how to get rid of it. Anyone who can help me on this , I will be really thankful

It's an injury. Either a bath or sleeping should fix it.

This happened to me just now, then I got ERR_GFX_STATE crash while buying something in shop (hairstyle this time). Uninstalled Reshade since that fixes the error but noticed it also got rid of the face bug.
Maybe try uninstalling Reshade if you have it. I'm not sure what triggers the bug, I use Reshade for days or longer with no issue and suddenly have the bug and need to uninstall again.
