How to buy gold bars ?

I tried everything like going in social club, ingame, etc. can not buy gold bars. It won't even show me an option to buy in social club. search says nothing found. I am against this kind of micro transactions but just tried to buy them so that I can play the game as I don't have much time to grind.

When you're online, open up the menu, select the online option near the bottom and it'll give you a list of game modes. Buying gold should be there.

yea but when I click that and it sends me to social club.....the store says NO PRODUCTS MATCH YOUR SEARCH CRITERIA

You should be able to buy the gold bars there (and many of us can), but for some reason, some people aren't able to.
