Tarot cards collector bag
so after i collected the tarot cards in gta v i was supposed to get a free collectors bag yet it still costs 15gold. its been about 72+ hours since i collected the cards. please only reply if you have an answer.

Thanks, weirdly enough i had a pop up in game that said i did get it or something like that but when i went to madam Nazar it was 15 gold. also she's nowhere to be found on the map anymore for a couple days now
