Its lke R* saying 'This group will be aimboting, this group you can f off..git gud' dunno.. stupid..
I just feel sorry for casuals who has to suffer ingame aimbots.
Because auto-aim is designed for gamepads. The intrinsic shortcomings of gamepads in FPS games required auto-aim to make it as nearly as fluid and enjoyable as K+M.
If you have a problem with no auto-aim for FPS games, that's on you. A minimum skill level is required to play this kind of game. Might I suggest Candy Crush for you?
Then you massively disadvantage controller users. The only fair way would be to separate controller users and K&M users into different lobbies to begin with. I can't see any way to balance the two control methods in any meaningful way, someone will always be at a disadvantage.
Also, do you even use Dead Eye with the Paint it Black ability card? You become a god, all you need to do is move your cursor over the head of a player/NPC in Dead Eye and it's a one shot when you left click, assuming you can aim at the head int he first place with KB/M.
