FIXED weird (pixelated) SHADOW/HAIR

i have found a solution for this problem, at least it worked for me.
1. Do not update your nvidia driver to the new 441.66, trust me it make the game even worse.
2. Put your TAA to medium
3. Find in game setting "Soft shadow" and turn it OFF
im using nvidia driver 441.20 and my game running so clean.

Thats a known issue. You can help it by setting it either off or on ultra.

After having found the best settings, update your driver and don't mess with them (as that is what makes the game unstable most of the time)
