Can't find Select Off-Hand Holster

so I won the Select Off-Hand Holster Club Reward but can't find at the store, can anyone help?

There should be a separate button in the purchase screen of eligible holsters, "claim reward" instead of "buy" or some such. Just beware, you can't get rid of a secondary holster once you get it.

I am having this issue as well and would like to know how to get this done I tried what he did the option is just not there it is grayed out

Of course by the time I get an answer I might already be high enough to go ahead and buy one myself, I would still like to know though, I got a reward and would like to know how to use it. especially in case somebody else needs to know

You need to be the required level to unlock it. Even with the free ticket you still need to be required level for the item.

I think you'll be able to get any holster for free with that ticket up to rank 70 as long as it's unlocked. example, if you're 30 you can get one of whatever you have unlocked at rank 30 for free excluding the ones that cost GB.

I opened up the reward as well but I am confused in what they mean by rank 70 is it your in game character level rank or is it the club rewards rank? Because if its your character rank mine was over 70 way before the dlc came out. I have yet to see the claim option on any off- hand holster in the gun shop.
