Crashes at Toolbox chapter

When being attacked by the skinner brothers on the Toolbox chapter can not find a fix

My does this also, It crashes as soon as the attack starts, I tried lowering my settings and verifying integrity of the game cache and It didn't do anything.

Thanks man for saving much of my own time, got the problem, your suggestion worked - i've just jumped off the wagon before the cutscene with the ambush.
It's strange to see such bugs at the very end of the game, haven't got any serious of them before it.

I have the same problem and if i stop the wagon before attack, cutscene not starting.

Have to drive the wagon very slow until you hit the trigger for the cut scene it is always right at the foot of the hill

I realise it's been a while since anyone been talking in here, but sadly the "drive slowly trick" doesn't seem to work for me. If anybody has found another solution, please do let me know.
I've got 90 hours in this game, and I'm really looking forward to how it all ends.

Edit: I found a solution that might be able to help others in the future. After getting the tools from Nils, drive forwards for about 50m (164 feet) and turn a sharp right past a tree down a canyon, then turn left up the canyon and continue following Charles at his right side from a distance.

First trick didn't help me too. I just left wagon after first shots. But next time this move didn't work.
So, i just experimented wih quickly leaving he wagon in different points.

Wow this is so ridiculously! That cutscene works every single time with no crash at all for me. Your PC must be corrupt in some way, maybe verify game cache

I did. It doesn't demonstrate the PC mindset at all. Especially if you are trying to troubleshoot a crash. You didn't list one PC part and claim that "it obviously is not my computer". You completely ruled out your PC with no steps taken at all. That means you think it's the software.

Games like this take years to develop. They are tested for years before they are released. It's not going to just crash unless there's something up with your PC.

"It's happening to multiple people" <---- So what? It's NOT happening to MILLIONS! That speaks volumes right there and you need to realize that data and take it into account when you have a problem. I've only had a few crashes on startup that I was able to remedy with ease. I have never had even one crash during gameplay and I finished the story already and continue explore crash free.
