(Solved) Unopened Parcels?

Every mission completion informs me that i have unopened parcels either at my camp or at the post office. Neither place has an option to claim or receive any "parcel." I have no new recipes or anything to acknowledge a "parcel" WTF?

Is it the stuff that Rockstar gifted? If your inventory of an item is full and you use one or more quantity during a mission the game will notify you that you can now take some of the item out of your mail

Having said that, how do i access my mail? That's rhetorical because it's not from my camp nor is it the post office, unless i'm completely oblivious of a game mechanic,

There is a mail icon in your camp that notifies a green box on the ground where you can access your mail. You can also access your mail from the post office so check again.

No, there is not. There are only four icons which i can interact with. My tent, where i can either sit or access my wardrobe, the campfire to rest or craft, the lockbox with a greyed out "pay bounty" message and Cripps to access wilderness outfitters or wash my face and drink beer. I just checked at the post office and saw no such icon either.

To be more specific, i logged on by clicking the "Become a Trader" option and got a notification in the upper left screen that i had a message from Cripps at the post office or my camp. Previously when i logged in by clicking "Become a Moonshiner" a note from Cripps was waiting in my satchel.

The lockbox should have a "collect deliveries" prompt when targeted. Otherwise you should be able to target the post office guy and collect it from them

Postal clerk interaction only has two options which are greyed out. "Send Mail" and "Pay Bounty." Lockbox is the same without the "Send Mail" option. This has to be a bug.

I figured it out. I reset my KB controls to default. I rebound the delete key for "E" and it discombobulated this crappy RockStar port.
