never got free 10 gold bars for 2 step verification

same here with the bounty hunter license. i even wrote the support but all i got was an automated ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ answer that clearly showed they didn't even read my ticket !!

rockstar are scumbags and trash. their support just shows how pathetic this company is. i'm done with them forever after what they pulled with rdr2 on steam and after all the ♥♥♥♥.. they are now #1 on my publisher blacklist (as in will never purchase anything again from them unless! its for a dirty cheap price that feels like i am scamming them and not the other way around).

i'll explain a bit why i think this.. so first what they pulled with rdr2 on steam is not acceptable.. they released it for 60+€ and then ONE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ week later.. 7 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ miserable days later they put it on sale for 20-25% off.. this alone is not acceptable and never will be.. regardless if you are rich or poor, this is not acceptable behavior because this is nothing else than a scam..

then well i created my online char on 9th december.. i had everything linked correctly because i claimed the twitch prime x social club benefits for gtao already and got them all.. now i should have gotten the bounty hunter license for free but i never did.. to this day..

and it continues.. it gets even better.. i collected all 54 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cards in gtao 4 days ago and never got my collectors bag for free...

and it gets even better than this....after yesterdays moonshiners update i downloaded it and logged in.. the game told me in the upper left corner i am supposed to go to madam nazar and claim my free collectors bag. by that time i had 20 gold bars on my account.. earned in the hardest way possible because its ♥♥♥♥ to earn these, especially at the beginning with a low level char... so i went to madam nazar and claimed the bag and it took 15 gold bars from my account automatically... so literally the game scammed me again by telling me i am supposed to go to madam nazar and get the collectors bag for free and then it took 15 gold bars away from me..

i got scammed 2-3 times at once now by rockstar within 1-2 days. i'm done with those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ forever

yeah never got ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. my account has been hacked during it's lifetime twice by russians and rockstar barely helped me with that and i doubt their 2 step will do anything. the least they could do is give me my 10 in game gold for making their lives slightly easier
