Report a translation problem
I did however turn on Loudness Equalization. I remember in Skyrim, if that was off, I couldn't hear NPC's when I was looking directly at them. I'll see if this helps later...
Press "Sound Control Panel" up in the right corner of that window
Choose "Playback"
Click on your audio playback device
Press "Configure"
Choose "Stereo"
Just a cheap pair of Logitech headphones (well $60 got for $20).
Haven't had anyone talk in the past couple of hours, so can't tell if loudness equalization fixed it or not.
