I feel bad for people linking it now, you only get 72 hours to claim it, and you can't send a bug report till after 72 hours lol so if you dont get it well good luck to ya.

you really must not be up to-date to what is on offer..,
with the release of moonshine Collectors Role is free if you have twitch prime by dec 12, and retroactively reimbursed the gold used to start the role after wards.., [edit: reimbursed if you are eligible but cant during the 72hrs..,]

i tried contacting R* but got the usual automated response.., and will probably actually get human help after the 72hrs.., will have to wait and see..,

at the very least i dont have to focus on spending gold on those two roles, and focus on slowly saving the 25 for moonshine..,

I submitted a ticket , still a generic reply of not getting bounty hunter license LOL, like did you even read my problem, it clearly states I didn't get collector's bag, not bounty hunter license

Questions about not receiving rewards?

Ensure you have:
1. An active Twitch Prime subscription
2. Linked your Twitch Prime and Social Club accounts
3. Claimed your Benefits on Twitch Prime
4. Played RDO for at least 30 minutes

Once all four of these conditions are met, benefits will be delivered to your account in 24 to 48 hours.

Got the same cop+paste answer although i asked why i did not get the collectors bag from collecting the 54 tarot cards in GTA online and added a second question "if it realy takes amazon(!) 72 hours to get the reward system done".
He did not reply to any GTA questions and the twitch/amazon guy said: has been done 24 min after you clicked it ... even send a verify eMail so i can give them to rockstar.
The support is realy bad over there.

Edit: Also since twitch changed the reward yesterday to collectors bag (from bounty hunter) i am most positivly sure, rocjstar will not give out any bounty hunter roles anymore. Kind of sad.

Update:
Just on a felling i made a new ticket about these 2 problems but in my native language. And it was anwsered to in within 30 min. They moved both tickets together and basicly said
"Just buy the 2 roles ingame and wait for a gold-refund for 72 hours, then tell us waht happend".
Nothing to the other rewards in the packeges and such.

I told them i gladly buy the 2 roles when they give me the 30 gold for it. Time to wait i guess.

When i started the game today i got a message that i was linked to prime and that i was going to get the collector bag for free, so i went to madam nazar and it still costs 15 gold wtf?
