Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming?
I pre-ordered this game through RockStar Games launcher, but had to get a refund due to poor performance. The game would default to low settings and looked like a PlayStation 2 game. It would shutter and bottleneck, and when I would enter the graphics settings menu and save any changes, the game would run so slow saving those changes, it would take minutes to get back into the game which was unplayable.

My gaming laptop has an i5 7300HQ CPU, 16GB RAM, and a GTX 1050 TI 4GB. Does anyone running these settings, still having these issues or have they been fixed?

I have the same video card 10 gb of ram and i7 920 2.6ghz processor. It sounds like you had the stuttering issue caused by the nvidia drivers on 4 or 6 core processors. Nvidia has released a patch that fixed the stuttering / pausing I was getting. Based on your specs I would expect you to be able to run this just fine now with the patches and driver update.

Thank you so much. Going to purchase the game again, this time on Steam while it is on sale!.

I have the same problem and the same notebook model, exactly like you described. Also I have updated nvidia drivers through nvidia experience - no results. How can I fix this?
