I agree, there should have been a stealth option.
Does not 'really' work and is not really the point.. because the 'bounty' gets triggerd so 'fast' that it doesnt make any sense.
You go inside the room, throw knives with dead eye, or whatever is 'silent' so nobody even has a chance to react/get up and BEFORE the first body even drops dead to the floor you have a bounty on your head.
Even if i (which i did) tie the first sheriff up that comes in to the room - the mini map ALWAYS shows about 3-6 Lawman right outside the store.
If i try to loot (while 1 is tied up on the floor) the other guys storm inside the store/backroom - or wait RIGHT outside.
So yes, all i did was 'kill everyone in the room, tie sherff up, loot, get out while being shot at and on my horse, get back to valentine without being seen and pay my bounty'.
So i guess the game ALWAYS triggers the 'alarm' no matter what, or how you do it.
Which i think is completly stupid because other 'robberys' and things can be done all stealthy..
