but the tips i can give about any legendary animals:
1: setup camp in the region where the animal can spawn.
2: with the animal location/time/weather conditions in mind,
if you hit the conditions so the animal should have a higher chance to spawn,
Stick around the area so things can start spawning around you: moonshine tasks, bandit camps, bounty targets etc. 1 of the things that can spawn is the legendary animal,
3: what some people do is, change online sessions > esc > join free roam for a new lobby,
that way you can force some events to have a higher chance of spawning around you.
4: don't race around to fast,
pick some flowers around the legendary animal spawn area.
kill some other animals for your camp's butcher table etc.
so again: stick around the area.
but it's still a gamble, and can take some time,
personally i waited a week in the grizzlies for the last Ram i needed.
good luck though, you'll find it eventually.
